Prepaid electricity voucher number doesn't work

Hi @G1y77, the voucher number can be retrived by checking your prepaid transaction history on the banking app, and internet banking. Should this not resolve your issue. My first time to use prepaid. I put R510 in and it's come off my account. An OTP came by sms but NO 20 digit number to key into the conlog box. What's going on?

I've been trying ways to convert the 9 digit voucher no. I've been searching Online almost the whole day good luck friend

I just bought R100 prepaid electricity for my Mother and the voucher number (9 digits) doesn't work. She says she normally has to type in a 20 digit number. What now, as the R100 has already been deducted from my account.
