Sounds like the smartphone you are presently using; the former owner had an account with us for banking, and the phone was connected to their profile.

 

Can they provide you their user name if you're in communication with them?

 

Our team would need to review your profile by phone at 0860 123 000 and selecting choices 3 and 4, or by email at [email protected], you can get in touch with us.

To view your accounts on your banking app. 

 

Please follow the steps below:

  • After logging in
  • Click on more
  • Click Switch Dashboards

Check how many dashboards you have, and check in all of them if your accounts are not appearing.

Hi Siemens, please follow the following steps : Settings >General >About >Name >Remove special characters & select "done ". Test the App.

I have managed to access my accounts via the first suggestion of changing your iPhone name in the general settings page.

Hi SB,

 

This is what I am trying:

 

  • Login to app
  • Go to 'My Personal Dashboard'
  • Tap 'Link your Vehicle and Asset Finance' account
  • Getting error 'Unfortunately you cannot view your Vehicle and Asset Finance account, because you do not have a transactional account linked to this dashboard.

 

My accounts are already linked in the 'My Accounts' page.

I changed my devices name quick, opened the App, opened fine, changed my name back and it still works... Should be okay (for iCloud etc.)

When will this be resolved? I have a number of services such as iCloud backups etc, that means that my phone's name cannot simply be changed to accomodate an app that was working perfectly fine before.

Please use the below steps in order to correct this:

Step 1: Go to settings on your iOS device
Step 2: Once in Settings select “General”
Step 3: Once in General please select “About”
Step 4: Select “Name”
Step 5: Remove any special characters (anything other than letters) and select done
Step 6: Re-open your App and continue banking if possible
