When i go into transact and then into history and into proof of payment, none of my latest transactions show there?

Please be advised that currently, it's not possible to obtain proof of payment on the mobile banking app once the transaction has been completed. However, you are able to obtain proof of payment for that particular transaction on the online banking platform. Kindly follow these steps to download, print or send proof of payment on the Online Banking Platform:

Please be advised that you can send proof of payment for a transaction making use of the internet banking platform. This feature has not been enabled on the mobile banking app, however, it forms part of future development plans.
