I have the same problem, I purchased prepaid yesterday and have not received the voucher yet. I purchased another amount this morning and immediately received the voucher for the purchase this morning, but still did not receive yesterdays purchase. How do we resolve this?

i purchased prepaid electricity and i have not recieved the voucher to enter into my meter.
