Hello SBSA,

I have a new 2021 Huawei P40 and the device works as expected but when trying to authenticate via the QR code, the banking app opens and the camera is allowed to permissions.. Yet I am not able to login with the code.. the app is also trusted and verified on the HSM App Store - so I am slightly confused.

Surely this would have been part of the SDK test cycles and publishing to the HMS app store, the OS versions ect. I had the P30 prior to this newer model and can confirm that on the older model - (prior to the migration from the Google Play Store) - everything was working - and very well.

Could this please be escalated to your development team and support centre? I have found numerous posts from as far back as 2020 October and there is also no response to this very same question.

Could the fix, update or workaround please also be published as a knowledge base article?

Thank you
Shaun

Same here Huawei P40 lite all permissions in order, but app does not seem to register the QR code..... was not a problem since was possible to log in with a password, but now things no more complicated since I MUST use the app to add a benificiary.

When I try to log in on pc banking site I normally scan the QR code on PC screen, but on my new Huawei P40lite, it opens the camera but nothing happens. App have full permission to use camera. What could be the problem?
