Good morning, @Rafikd.

 

This is a tricky one. If the payment was processed successfully, you will be required to fill in a EAP recall form and request for the funds to be reversed.

 

If the account does not exist at the bank you paid in error, the funds will be reversed back into your account within 10 working days.

 

Should you consider reversing your funds, please note the below.

It’s not guaranteed.
Turnaround time is 10 business days.

Good Day,

 

I made the idiotic decision to pay for a liftclub service before having met the driver. Long story short, no driver arrived. Is there any way that I can reverse the payment as it was done yesterday or advice on how to retrieve my money (if possible)?
