Hi, In your bank app, you have only listed 5 possible reasons to cancel a debit order. What if mine is not listed? For instance, I needed to cancel one but the reason why I'm canceling it isn't listed. It's a debit order I never signed up for. since it's less than R 500 do I have to visit my nearest branch or call? Is it possible to add on your list ? grateful if your list could provide more options. Rgds
