Regenerate prepaid electricity token

I've purchased prepaid electricity for someone yesterday. So I entered their mobile number and meter number on the mobile app. Now the person did not receive the sms with the token numbers. How do I regenerate the numbers?

I bought prepaid elec for the month and the tokens were saved on my phone, now my phone is in for repairs and will be wiped.

How can I get these tokens back?
