The one you are referring to is for registering for cellphone banking. The steps you followed enable you to use cellphone banking.

 

Linking your profile is done through Internet banking and a mobile app. To link your device, please follow the steps below:

1. On the app, click on More.

2. Under Device Security, select View All Devices.

 

If the issue still continues, please call us at 0860 123 000, options 3 and 4, for assistance.

Hi Davidh, thank you for reaching out to us. Unlinking a digital ID can be done on the banking app, provided that you still remember your login credentials.  Please follow these steps to unlink your profile from a specific device. You will need to login on the app, select more, go to settings and all linked devices will reflect. You can unlink the specific device you need to remove.

 

Alternatively our admin team can assist with the delinking of the device on your behalf. You will be required to remember the card and Pin number you initially used to register/create a digital profile. Please send us an email on [email protected], with the subject line "Community review | mobile app".  We will need your device name, email address you use to login to the app, and contact details to enable our team to assist.
