I am trying to buy something on my virtual debit card, but when I need to make a purchase I should receive an OTP before I can complete it but then I don't receive any OTP so I can't go through my purchase.

It sounds more like you need to reset your password because the one you entered was incorrect.

 

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  • Open the mobile app
  • Click sign in, then click forgot password

Please ensure that you enter card details you iniitally registered with.

 

If not, kindly get in touch with our team on 0860 123 000, option 3, then option 4, to update your profile and reset your password.

Contact numbers are changed by our branch as per the banking policy.

  • Was this a purchase made online? If so, debit cards are not accepted on all online platforms. To make purchases online, you can make a virtual card.
  • Was your card swiped in a store, or is this an ATM error message?
