I have changed my mobile number that was linked to my app, i went into the branch to update to my new number as the OTP is going to my old number but still nothing has changed...
I really dont see the point of having an app if you still have to go into the branch to get things sorted out, and still it isnt sorted! it wastes time and money and it is definitly inconvennient.
Been with SBSA for 15 years now, but not for a day longer!
