Please help. I have contacted Shyft but need to escalate the complaint. Shyft is unable to get my payment through to a bank in Australia. Four times now it has been rejected. I need to also be refunded with the 4x $18 commission I was charged. The Aust bank confirmed that my payment details have been correct from the start. The latest refusal stated that the State has not been included??? BSB no is 062 000
