I am attempting to access my 3 month statement on the Standard Bank App. It gives the option to get stamped 3 or 6 month statements for download or to be emailed - when selecting email, it gives me the message saying it'll take a few seconds and then "Something went wrong with sending your document. Please try again later". The download starts, but then also comes up with an unsuccessful message? I am in urgent need of stamped statements but am unable to get to a branch.
Why is this offered as an option for mobile app users when it doesn't work?
