Good Day

 

I am attempting to access my 3 month statement on the Standard Bank App. It gives the option to get stamped 3 or 6 month statements for download or to be emailed - when selecting email, it gives me the message saying it'll take a few seconds and then "Something went wrong with sending your document. Please try again later". The download starts, but then also comes up with an unsuccessful message? I am in urgent need of stamped statements but am unable to get to a branch. 

Why is this offered as an option for mobile app users when it doesn't work?

Same here, I've been trying for almost an hour now and get the same error messages.

I urgently need these stamped statements but unable to get to an ATM or bank.

Help please!
