Standard Bank Mobile App POP feature has been removed.

Hi,

Please note that the Proof of Payment feature has been removed from the Standard Bank App (send proof via whatsapp, email, ETC). 
Please can this feature be re-implemented again as it is pretty usefull in sending your POP of various payments instantly.

Hi,

 

How long this a query like this take to "investigate", Surely you log onto the app and you can see at a glance that the feature has been removed!

Kindly Provide timelines as to when this feature will be implemented again, as Clearly you can see I am not the only person who is complaining about the removal of this feature.

So after 2 years this feature is still not avaliable fro the app... Very disappointing! It is very important to have it back because not everybody has a pc and it would save a lot of time to your customers sending the POP from the app instead of logging in from the Internet banking. Hurry up and make your clients happy to work with you!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Kindly be advised that our development team is currently working on this. Currently you are able to input an email address where the proof of payment will be sent while the transaction is in play, alternatively you will need to retrieve it on the online banking platform.
