Hi. I am one of three signatories on a Business banking account but can't do Instant Cash. I know how to, I have my own Business account and use Instant Cash all the time. Whether I use Internet or Mobile Banking makes no difference - it take me through the whole process and then I get a message something like: "Something went wrong. Please try again." but I must have tried twenty times.
