Statement on virtual card

i paid my mr price account with the virtual card, money has reflected on the outgoing statement but mr price didn’t get the payment.can anybody tell me how to get print out on the virtual card side please?

Please can I ask you to contact customer on 0860 123 000 or forward a mail with your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "virtual card payment to Mr Price" so that we can look into this matter and assist you further.

Hey, I put money on my Virtual card and then a subscription payment was made for R100 less than the amount that was put on the card and when I went back into the app, more money was taken off than what was supposed to.
