I used the virtual card to pay boilt (Taxifiy) but I was charged twice for the rides I did not take so I need a statement to email it to boilt so I can get my money back

Hey, I put money on my Virtual card and then a subscription payment was made for R100 less than the amount that was put on the card and when I went back into the app, more money was taken off than what was supposed to.

i paid my mr price account with the virtual card, money has reflected on the outgoing statement but mr price didn’t get the payment.can anybody tell me how to get print out on the virtual card side please?
