Still unable to download my Tax Certificate

I have not received the tax certifcate f or my Stadard Bank Life Annuity Retirenent Fund.

This year, I am experiencing same issue. 

This option is no more available on my Login. 

Last year, it was available. 

Looks like this feature has not been taken care while upgrading system.

You are supposed to be able to download your own IT3 Certificate from the app, but I see that this has been a problem since 2015.
5 years later and this function still does not work.
Please explain how do I get my IT3 Certificates
