Hi @Takuda32.

 

Password reset are done on Internet banking. You will use your card details to reset your password. Should you not able to reset your password. Our digital team would be able to assist on 0860 123 000 option 3 then 4.

Hievi just recently updated my device and when I tried to login to my application it rejected and maybe I used wrong password. Now I want to reactivate my application
