Calling Standard Bank customer care SHOULD BE toll free!! I just spent R100 in airtime ON HOLD and my issue still isn't fixed. Happens all the time that my airtime runs out and it is completely unfair!

There was a block on my account which was supposedly lifted. But I still cant purchase via the banking app, or make any transfers. Called three times, and twice I was told my profile had been refreshed and it was sorted.

It's so disappointing I've been trying to get hold of then since 9am over R100 airtime gone for what to be put on hold too..
