I am unable to activate tap & pay feature on the standard bank it fails to digitize that the error i am getting after selecing my card and accepting the t&c then proceed.

I am getting the same error. I have made sure all the things are correct. Keeps giving me the error about failing to digitise card.

I saw this information on my email but I don't know how to activate, I don't know the steps.
"Our Banking App now provides a simple new way to make mobile payments. With Tap & Pay you can make secure, contactless payments at virtually all retailers where you can tap, swipe or scan your card. There’s no need to register for the service; all you need to do is activate the feature on the Banking App and enable your preferred credit and cheque card. To make a payment in-store, simply tap the back of your mobile phone on the card machine."
