Since changing to the new online banking app I am unable to view my tax free savings investments.
I received an email a few months back saying that the Tax-Free Investment functionality had moved to the New Online Banking Site and that I would be promted to take certain steps on the old site. This however never happened when logging into the old site.
Please advise on how to access this account from the new site.
Please log-in to your online banking profile using your credentials, once logged in on your top menu bar select "Invest" all your investments and savings accounts should appear under this tab. If there are no accounts linked, please contact us here: 0860 123 000 for further assistance on this.
