Im getting a technical error below the meter number bar after I've added the meter number and cannot proceed. My meter number is correct, how do I fix this?

The issue is persisting, I've been trying for 2 days without success. Below the Error (screenshot). It's not working on the website app either.

Maybe disable/remove the functionaity if it not working?
