Keep getting Technical Error 2003 - cannot make any online payments for the past 2 days.

This might have been the network issues. Note, with the limited network you will experience error when transacting. We currently not experiencing any issues with instant money or transacting online.

Whenever I try to EFT money or add a beneficiary on the mobile app, the app can't complete the action either saying that a technical error occured or simply that the beneficiary couldn't be added. Why is this giving me so many problems?
