You should reset your password. I had the same issue and needed to reset my password after being blocked out.

My Touch ID has not been working for ages now. I've posted it on the review but no reply in months. I've set up my fingerprint for the phone. Ive gone to the settings in the app, activated the fingerprint, logged off, tried logging on there is no Touch ID prompt. Entered my password a few time to set the fingerprint to off, logged off, closed the app, restarted the phone, tried the app, entered password, no Touch ID prompt. Same thing logging in with password, went to setting, set fingerprint to on, logged off, rebooted phone, logged into app, no Touch ID prompt, logged in using password still no Touch ID prompt. Please help.
