UCount Tab on New Version of App is not Working

Since the new version of the Standard Bank App (iPhone) became active, I can no longer get details on my UCount status, etc. It displays my rewards points total, but when I select it to get to the more detailed level, I get a message stating: "Oops! There seems to be a problem. Please try again later." I tried many times over the last few days, but to no avail.

 

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
