I cannot view my UCount balance on the UCount tile on my Standard Bank App on my cellphone.

Please help.

Could you kindly forward your Standard Bank ID (email address registered on App), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "unable to view UCount balance on App" so that we can escalate to our tech team for further review.
