I did receive an SMS but if I load it on my meter it doesn't show help

Can I kindly ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID (emails address registered on app), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "unable to buy electricity on app and IB" so that we can look into this matter and assist you further.

I have been using the mobile app to purchase electricity for the last 8 months and today it not going through comes up with an error message. I tried the internet banking and that also comes up with an error message.
