I have been using my elite cheque account to make online purchases for years but now i am unable to do so with both my cheque account or my credit card. I enter my card number expiry date and cvv number but i do not get any ott pin. It does this on any site i visit. I have not had this problem in the past i have not changed my phone either. I called the customer care with no help given at all... all they do is transfer me to different departments. Pathetic service ..
