Unable to open standard bank app on iPad

I have been unable to open the Standard Bank banking app on my iPad for a number of days now. It continually says:

Technical error

Request failed: Internal server error (500)

How can this be resolved.

I've been having the exact same problem on my iPad for the past few days now.

The app works fine on my iPhone though.
