Hi Monique,

An update resolved this issue that was pushed through sometime last month.

I think it was an issue with the update that was pushed through in August.

But I think you could possibly reinstall the app or wait for an update to roll through

I can't pay new recipients on my iPhone either. Doesn't give me any options. Please help.

there could be a number of reasons why this is happening. Please call the CCC on 0860 123 000 so we can verify your account status and assist in troubleshooting the issue.
