Hi I am unable to purchase prepaid electricity through the SB app.The service was available last week but now when purchasing an error is returned saying: technical error please try again later..

Please assist!!

Could we kindly advise that you forward your digital email address and ID number to [email protected] with the subject line "Unable to purchase prepaid electricity on app" so that our app development team can look into the source of this issue.

 

Alternatively, you may make use of the Online Banking Platform to purchase electricity, for this purpose, please follow these prompts:

 

  • Log onto Internet Banking,
  • Tap/click on Transact,
  • Tap/click on Prepaid,
  • Tap/click on Prepaid electricity.

Good day. I have only once been successful in purchasing. I always get an error but can always purchase from the FNB app. Have coplained and to date no resolution. Might be better to move my account at this rate.
