I managed to work around the problem as follows. 

1. Login on the app.

2. Tap on "More" at the bottom.

3. Open "Dashboards"

4. Tap "+ ADD NEW PROFILE

5. Choose the country.

6. Choose "Bank accounts" and Next.

7. Enter your card number and follow the prompts to add your credit card.

The new dashboard will have your credit card with all your transactins.

this worked for me and I hope for you too.

I have the same issue for weeks now!

Please Standard Bank. Sort it out. This is my business credit card. I need to see transactions as well as payments due!

I am able to see credit card balances but no details of any transactions.

This has been going on for at least two weeks and I've phoned twice, only to be assured it's being fixed, but it's not!

Having the same problem, no warning just about had a heart attack when I saw all the zeros in my credit card. Unneccesary stress caused by bad customer relations. Now past 30 past midnight. Thanks to all the others that posted otherwise it would have been a long night.

Why is my Credit Card greyed out and showing R0? 
If maintenance is happening then why have we not been made aware of it

This is ridiculous! A warning should be sent out if some background maintenance is being run on the card system. To have an inactive card and R0 balance out of the blue =panic!!! This issue better be resolved automatically and soon not waiting all day for this!!!!

I'm suddenly not able to see my credit card balance or transaction histroy on the app? How can this be resolived?

That's odd; it appears that the card has been blocked, and you can't access it as a result.

 

We must pay attention to this and investigate it.

 

Please contact us at 0860 123 000 and pick options 3 and 4.
