Unable to transfer money between linked accounts in mobile app

I haven’t been able to transfer money in the mobile app to another linked account. It simply says “Transfer Unsuccessful” with Error Code 2528. Please assist.

It seems like a common error on Standard Bank app. Just like about 70 percent of the app is not working.
