Standard bank mobile..app...is giving me problems...when...it comes...to sending my card number and my pin...I don't know why...so I really need help with that...

I have a trouble with my card. I can't use it. It's active. But when i try to pay the following message appears: transaction not authorized or insufficient balance. I have a 99.05 usd balance and transaction is just 5 usd
What do i need to do?
