Virtual Card

Hello, I went into the bank today to get a new card because i left the account for some years and now that I have the card they said when i download the Standard Bank app I have to make a virtual card to buy stuff online. I opened the app, went to virtual card but now that I try to link my card it says I need to give proof of Identity and Proof of address, Do i need to go back to the branch and wait another 2 hours just to give those in or is there a quicker way
