Virtual card problem

When I click on create in order to create a generic virtual card, I keep getting an red line at the bottom of the screen with the following error "Something went wrong. Try again". Please help. Thank you.

Could I kindly advise that you forward your ID number, as well as the digital email address registered to the mobile banking app to [email protected] with the subject line "Virtual Card error" so that our app development team can look into this matter and assist you further.
