Virtual card refund,reversal and escrow problem

I have a problem with a few if my virtual cards, i bought something from an online platform, they asked for authorisation from the bank, the money was taken from the acc, but the money was returned by the online platform as the order was somehow cancelled on their side, to date the money has not returned,this happens more than once and there is no one helping me. What should I do?
