You should be able to Top Up your Virtual Card on the app. Please ensure that your  EAP limit from the transactional account you'd be topping up from is not set on zero. To increase your EAP limit you just have to call into Customer Services on 0860 123 000, we will assist you in setting up your limit immediately over the phone.
