Where can I pay for a passport application on the mobile banking app

Hi

I have applied for a passport online but cannot seem to locate where I can pay for it on the mobile app? I’ve been told it’s in the “bills” section but I cannot locate the bill section

Hello Gill1, the "MY BILLS" feature is only available on internet banking. You can login to internet banking using the QR code option on the App. These are the steps to follow: You will visit your website and go to www.standardbank.co.za

  • Select sign into your accounts
  • Select Internet banking
  • Enter the email address you use to login the App.
  • Go to your App and select QR Code.
  • Scan the QR code that will reflect.
  • Once you are logged in to Internet banking, select Transact
  • Select “MY BILLS”
  • Approve the terms and conditions then go to gets started
  • Select Department of Home Affairs and subscribe.
  • After subscribing; you will be able to process your payment.
