Why can't I add my UCount to Existing Dashboard

Good day, I used to have all my accounts linked to one dashboard on my prestige banking app. Now that I have moved to private banking, the UCount is on a seperate dashboard neither private banker not the internet banking support consultant can assist as they state it is not possible. My question is if it is not possible, how did I have it before I migrated. I had all my accounts displayed on one view, I did not have to navigate to another dashboard just to view my rewards. If this is actually a limited feature on the banking app, why can't we develop the system to cater for this. Also maybe allow for the option of moving accounts between dashboards, why does one have to delete the entire dashboard just to have an account linked to another dashboard. Thanks
