The issue might be with the proxies on the wifi you are using. Please check those for confirmation.

Was this issue rver resolved? I'm having the same problem.. I've never been able to use the App over Wifi, I always have to turn Wifi OFF everytime I need to use the App? I have FNB app which works fine over the same WIFI... Please help :(
