I agree, I just came from the bank only to learn that windows phone is not supported. Here is a suggestion, Microsoft acquired xaramin recently and there is no excuse for not supporting windows. UWP, make use of it please. Is there any word on writing a universal app

Or I could just switch to FNB like Nhlanhla is planning to do.

I totally agree, thinking to switch phone platforms now as a result of the Windows app not being updated. Please do something about this.

Or I could use FNB, ABSA and Capitec.
Who all support Windows fully.

BTW, what's other operating systems going forward?
You typed that response in Windows and created your fancy apps for other systems on Windows.
Unbelievable oversight.

Hi Nhlanhla700,

You can use the internet banking site or our USSD services on your device. Our team will be looking at other operating systems going forward.

""""Standard Bank: The app that you are currently on will not be available from 26 September 2016. Download the latest banking app & enjoy an enhanced experience.""""

What nonsense is this?
You want a customer to buy a new android/ios phone just to use your services.

Where's the new Windows Mobile app which I requested.

Hi Nhlanhla,

Thank you for your feedback.

Can you please update or rewrite the Windows Phone/Tablet/PC app to the level of the other platforms.
Use the Windows 10 design language.
It's a little bit weird that a customer should have to ask this.
