banking app payment reference/pop

what we really need on this app is to provide us with proof of payment when a purchase is made. Why must we add the merchants email and get charged to send proof of payment when we can log into standard bank internet banking and download it for free and send it to the merchant. They claim by making the app simple with things we dont use on a everyday basis. Please consider us customers in your next update I'm sure there others will agree to this please lend a eye people.
