No response yet but have discovered it is due to the Dashboard I am using. My personal db is associated with my credit card (no beneficiaries, EAP Limit R0.00). Switching to the supplied "Overview" db, my beneficiaries are visible and my EAP Limit is > R0.00.
I suspect this is an issue with the app using my credit account as the default instead of my cheque account. I added a beneficiary and tried to make payment but it failed due to R0.00 EAP limit. That is the case on credit, not on cheq.
