Hi. Can you please explain why the beneficiaries on my Internet banking can't be synced with the cellphone banking app. This is rather inconvenient as one now has to add a new beneficiary on Internet banking AND the cellphone app.

You will have to re-add them one by one as this is the newer version of the app.
