What device are you using, Samsung?
Upon first linking of UCount the details are automatically pushed to the app.
If you however log into UCount from the web and change your password, as I did, the tile will not auto-update.
You now have 2 options:
1) Delete your dashboard and re-link the UCount tile.
2) Create a new dashboard, go to explore (bottom right hand corner), scroll to 'Get Benefits', link your Ucount (bottom left). You will now have an additional dashboard with the ucount tile, tap on it and use your web UCount login details.

3 weeks for a reply - ok moving along, nope - this has not been my experience - no autosyncíng of passwords or details. My mobile app still is still not able to retrive any info on urewards and I seem to have no way of fixing this.

There is no need to change it on the App once it is changed on the web as this information is updated automatically.
