Hi @Chantell5, you need to contact transactional team, and request for debit reversal. Please note that the team will not be able to reverse the funds if it is a debi-check. You need to contact the company, and request for the funds to be reversed. You can place a stop payment on our digital platforms under manage debit orders.

Good afternoon, I have a unauthorised debit that has benn going on for more than 4 month now. I call standard bank ebery month to reverse it. I dont know who this people are. I am not havinga joy with standard nank since I cannot traxce the company and I dont know who this people are and standard bank is making my responsibility to trace this ghost
