instant money error

ive been trying to send an instant money all morning it is a matter of life and death i called the instantmoney centre, they advised it would be resolved in 15 mins that was at 8am, i still cannot send the instant money. i need a response asap, i even logged a complaint onto hello peter, do you guys really want me to switch banks????
