Urgently need to add a beneficiary for internet banking but notifications are sent to my cell phone, which I no longer have access to. How can I change the notifications to be on my email rather? I am overseas and don't have access to make a call to the call centre. Can they call me back. Your call back option doesn't allow for international numbers to be entered.
