The best way to resolve this will be to delete the link cards and add again on the app. Note, your online banking login details must be correct for you to login and transact. If the password is wrong 3 times, the system will then prompt you to register again.

my online banking is not working for a while now , called u guys nd had no solution for me so now its worse coz i cant send money , instant money , buy electricity , add benefiely so what is the use of the app to me ???
